ORDER
DUPREE, District Judge.
This action is before the court on the United States Magistrate Judge’s memorandum and recommendation filed April 11, 1994.
More than thirty days have elapsed since the parties were served with the magistrate judge’s recommendation, and the defendants have filed no objections thereto as provided by law. The court’s independent de novo review of the record in the case has led to the conclusion that the magistrate judge’s recommendation is correct and in accordance with law and should therefore be accepted by the court.
