SIMON, Judge.

Defendant appeals from his conviction of Burglary Second Degree and Stealing. We affirm.

Defendant contends the trial court erred (1) in allowing the trial to proceed in defendant’s absence; (2) in refusing to grant a mistrial when a state’s witness testified that a co-participant had confessed; (3) in failing to discharge a juror and grant a mistrial upon discovery that the juror had participated in a conversation with William J.
