1. Wight Investment Company brought an action in trover in the municipal court of Atlanta against Watts, to recover certain personal property, attaching to the petition a bill of sale to secure the payment of a debt, and which recited that “this is a deed conveying title and a bond to reconvey is this day given.” There was a trial and a judgment for the plaintiff.
