(After stating the foregoing facts.) In this' court' counsel for both parties, by their briefs, treat the case as one coming within the provisions of the act of 1920 (Ga. L. 1920, *64p. 215) “to license and regulate the business of making loans in sums of $300 or less,” etc., the only question discussed by them being whether the lender charged and collected such sums of interest as to void the note and security given for the loan.
