The contract sued on in this case recites that it was entered into by and between Beverage Distributors, Inc., a corporation, and Angelo G. Nikas, as president of the said corporation, and by Nikas, individually, wlm are referred to in the contract as parties of the first part, and William F. Hindley (the plaintiff here) who is referred to in the contract as the party of the second part.
