After this court reversed the circuit court’s declaratory judgment for the defendants and dismissal of the plaintiffs cause of action in two previous appeals, we consider this case once again.1 This time, the circuit court has *102granted summary judgment for the defendants in this contract dispute. The plaintiff, Preferred Physicians Mutual Management Group, Inc., (Management Group) appeals.2 We reverse and remand for further proceedings.
