Samuel Rosthenhausler appeals from judgment of conviction and sentence on five counts in superior court Cause No. CR-12906, as follows: Count 1, armed robbery, 15 years, 9 months; Counts 2 and 3, aggravated assault, 11 years, 3 months each; Count 4, armed robbery, 17 years, 9 months; Count 5, aggravated assault, 13 years, 3 months. Counts 4 and 5 were enhanced due to the provisions of A.R.S. § 13-604(H), and were ordered to run consecutively to the first three counts. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 13-604(G), appellant was ordered to serve at least two-thirds of the sentences…
