Cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court (Ferradino, J.), entered September 25, 1998 in Albany County, which, inter alia, partially denied motions by defendants Rappazzo Electric Company, Inc. and New York Telephone Company for summary judgment dismissing the complaint against them.
