LOHR, Justice.

In this interlocutory appeal from an order of the District Court for Rio Grande *862County, the People challenge the suppression of a quantity of marijuana and certain drug-related paraphernalia uncovered in a search of a house rented to the defendants. We affirm the order of the district court.
