*332This is an appeal from a judgment awarding compensation for the accidental death of the husband of the petitioner, who was an employee of the defendant company. It is insisted that the proof failed to show that his death was “by accident arising out of and in the course of employment,” but that his death resulted from disease in the form of epilepsy.
