GEORGE W. LatimeR, Judge:

This accused pleaded guilty to the offense of assaulting a fellow-soldier by cutting him on the shoulder with a knife, in violation of Article 128(b) (1), Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 928. He was sentenced to dishonorable discharge, total forfeitures, and confinement at hard labor for eighteen months.
