This is a motion by the libellee to- vacate a decree in admiralty entered in this court five terms ago. A Circuit Judge after a hearing of the case on its merits rendered a decree for the libellants. The case was appealed to this court which also entered a decree for the libellants slightly modifying; the decree appealed .from. 13 Haw. 112, 174. This court declined to allow an appeal to the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Id. 174. That court also declined to allow such appeal. 108 Fed. E. 113.
