The petition of the plaintiff in this cause in the court below, together with the exhibits thereto attached, speak for themselves, and are as follows:

“Comes now the plaintiff and states that it is a corporation duly organized and existing under and by. virtue of the laws of the state of Missouri, with place of business at the city of Joplin in said state, and is engaged in the banking business, and that the defendant is doing business at Morris, Okla., under the name and style of Simmon Mercantile Company.
