Plaintiff Tess .Rohan, an actress with a touring theater company, has brought an action for employment discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA,” or “the Act”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., adding related common law tort and contract claims. Defendant Networks Presentation LLC (“Networks”) has moved to dismiss for failure to state a claim under Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6).
