Plaintiff Grange Insurance Association (Grange) appeals a partial summary judgment which held the underinsured motorist provision of an insurance policy issued to defendant Patricia J. Hubbard covered her for the death of her minor son, Kevin, who was killed while knowingly riding in a stolen vehicle.
