The cause was submitted to the trial court on a stipulation of facts which the court adopted as its findings of fact. The stipulation reflects that the defendant had entered into two collective bargaining agreements with the Carpenters’ District Council of Milwaukee County and Vicinity of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, AFL-CIO, Local 1582 (hereinafter Union). The first contract ran from June 1, 1964, to May 31, 1966, and the second one from June 1,1966, to May 31,1969.
