This action is brought by Charles Bartles, Jr., a citizen of Williamsport, in the state of Pennsylvania, against the defendant, Joseph H. Gibson, a citizen of Massachusetts, to set aside as fraudulent a conveyance of an undivided one-eighth interest in a quantity of pine and hard-wood timber lands lying in Lincoln and 'Chippewa counties, in the northern portion of this state. The conveyance was made by warranty deed, executed by Charles E. Gibson, also a citizen of Williamsport, in the state of Pennsylvania, to the defendant, Joseph H.
