Borg-Warner Acceptance Corporation (Borg-Warner) appeals from a summary judgment rendered in favor of the Tascosa National Bank of Amarillo (Bank) on Borg-Warner’s action against the Bank for conversion of certain items of inventory of T & L Ventures, Inc., d/b/a The Video Connection (T & L) on which Borg-Warner claimed a superior purchase money security interest (PMSI) lien. By four cross-points the Bank claims the trial court erroneously rendered judgment for Borg-Warner on two letters of credit issued by the Bank.
