I. Introduction

Amanda Brodowski (the Debtor) filed an amended Chapter 13 plan which proposes to bifurcate the claim of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (Wells Fargo). This claim is related to the 2006 purchase of a new vehicle and the trade-in of a 2004 vehicle. The proposed plan treats the negative equity arising from the trade-in of the 2004 vehicle as an unsecured claim.
