BISTLINE, Justice.

Having granted a petition for rehearing, we received additional briefing from the parties. Having reconsidered the issue presented, we now reverse.

The instant appeal arises from an order of the Industrial Commission denying benefits to claimant for the death of his wife which occurred at the annual Christmas party sponsored by her employer, Brownfield’s Orthopedic and Prosthetic Company.
