[¶ 1] Daniel S. Gantnier appeals from a judgment convicting him of one count of unlawful sexual contact (Class C), 17-A M.R.S. § 255-A(l)(E) (2007), entered by the Superior Court (Waldo County, Studstrwp, J.) following a jury trial.
