[¶ 1] Michael T. Martin appeals from a judgment of conviction for two counts of aggravated assault (Class B), 17-A M.R.S. § 208(1)(B) (2006); two counts of reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon (Class C), 17-A M.R.S. §§ 211(1), 1252(4) (2005); 1 and one count of driving to endanger (Class E), 29-A M.R.S. § 2413(1) (2006), entered in the Superior Court (Sagadahoc County, Delahanty, J.) following a jury trial.
