Sweetland, J.(1) On the 9th day of July, 1910, the respondent was suspended from the practice of his profession, as an attor ney and counsellor at law, until the 10th day of July, 1911. By a communication from the cominittee on complaints against Members of the Bar it has been brought to the attention of the court that the respondent is holding himself out to the public as one at present qualified to act as an attorney at law.
