OPINION

{¶ 1} Appellant, K-M I Associates, a limited partnership, appeals the judgment of the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas, granting appellee, Cafaro Leasing Company, Limited's, motion for judgment on the pleadings on appellee's complaint and on appellant's counterclaim. At issue is the interpretation of a provision in a lease agreement between the parties concerning appellee's alleged obligation to provide to appellant copies of appellee's subleases on the property.
