OPINION

{¶ 1} Appellant, Annette Hayberg, appeals from the January 15, 2008 judgment entry of the Portage County Court of Common Pleas, granting the motion for summary judgment of appellee, Robinson Memorial Hospital, and denying appellant's motion for summary or declaratory judgment against appellee.
