The appellant was prosecuted by affidavit in three counts, the first charging the unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor, the second, the unlawful transportation of intoxicating liquor, and the third, the unlawful keeping of intoxicating liquor with intent to sell, barter, exchange, give away, furnish and otherwise dispose of the same.
