MAGILL, Circuit Judge.
This appeal requires us to interpret the language of a benefit exclusion clause of an Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) plan. See 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001-1461 (1994). Candace Wilson was paralyzed as a result of injuries incurred while working as an agricultural laborer for Midway Dairy Farms II (Midway) and sought insurance coverage for her medical bills from a health benefits plan (the Plan) provided by The Prudential Insurance Company (Prudential).
