I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Dora Homes, Inc. (“Plaintiff’ or “Dora Homes”) brings this diversity action against Defendants Stuart W. Epperson (“Epperson”), Edward G. Atsinger (“At-singer”) (Epperson and Atsinger together are referred to as the “Individual Defendants”), and Salem Communications Corporation (“SCC”) (collectively, the defendants are referred to as “Defendants”).
