I. INTRODUCTION
This case involves a suit for unpaid wages by a company president against the startup he founded and its CEO. The president’s contract allowed for the deferral of his wages at the discretion of the board of directors. The plaintiffs allegations sound in breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and violation of the Massachusetts Weekly Wage Act (“Wage Act”).
