*166 This case concerns a contract dispute between a solar energy company and a former sales employee. Appellee Stephen Ellicott ("Ellicott") filed suit against Appellants American Capital Energy, Inc. ("ACE") and its two principals, Thomas Hunton ("Hunton") and Arthur Hennessey ("Hennessey") (collectively, "Appellants"), claiming violations of the Massachusetts Wage Act and breach of contract.
