A motion was filed by tbe plaintiff to dismiss a so-called “cross appeal,” stated to have been filed in tbe case before us by tbe defendant.
An examination of tbe record, including tbe original papers and tbe transcript of tbe docket and journal entries, fails to show the filing of any notice of appeal in this cause by the defendant. Even if such notice of appeal had been filed, it would not be a part of this appellant’s appeal.
