The appellee John W. Albin prosecuted this proceeding to contest the election to the office of county commissioner for the South District of Elkhart county, of the appellant Jeremiah Bechtel, by filing with the auditor of said county a written statement specifying the grounds of contest, and verified by the oath of the appellee.
