On January 3, 1987, Executive Hills North, Inc. (EHN) recorded the Post Hill Plat in Platte County along with a Declaration of Covenants Restrictions, Development Standards and Owner’s Association for Post Hill, a Residential Townhouse Development at Executive Hills North (hereafter 1987 Declaration.)
