OPINION

HASTIE, Chief Circuit Judge.

The complaint in this case seeks to restrain the New Jersey State Commission of Investigation from “taking any further action against or with respect to plaintiff”. It appears that the Commission is attempting to compel the plaintiff to appear before it and to supply information in connection with an investigation now in progress.
