These actions1 arise from an accident in which Robert Germany was fatally injured when an oil well derrick collapsed.
Crow Drilling Company, Inc. (Crow), a Delaware corporation authorized to do and doing business in Arkansas and Louisiana, owned a part interest in and was operator of the well, located near Magnolia, Arkansas.
