Gates Formed Fibre Products, Inc. (“Gates”) is a Colorado corporation with a plant located in Maine. In 1985, Gates purchased from Plasti-Vac, Inc. (“PVI”) a thermoforming machine to be used in Gates’s manufacturing facility in Maine.
