[¶ 1] Patrons Oxford Insurance Company appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Penobscot County, Mead, J.) declaring that (1) Preston A. Harris is an insured under an automobile policy issued by Patrons to David Ferguson; (2) Patrons is bound by a settlement agreement entered into between Harris and Darrell Luce Jr.; and (3) Luce could reach and apply against Patrons a judgment for damages entered against Harris. 24-A M.R.S. § 2904 (2005). Finding no error, we affirm the judgment and remand to the Superior Court for a determination of the reasonableness of the settlement and…
