MARRERO, District Judge.
On June 21, 2005 Magistrate Judge Andrew J. Peck, to whom this case was referred for supervision of pretrial proceedings, issued an Opinion and Order (“Order”) denying a motion by plaintiffs, natural gas futures traders (“Plaintiffs”), to compel the production of documents from defendants American Electric Company, Inc. (“AEP”) and Aquila Merchant Services (“Aquila”) (collectively, “Defendants”).
