Plaintiffs Catskill Development, L.L.C. (“Catskill”), Mohawk Management, L.L.C. (“Mohawk”) and Monticello Raceway Development Co., L.L.C. (“Monticello”) (collectively, “Catskill” or “plaintiffs”), bring this action in diversity against Park Place Entertainment Corp.
