INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Nikola Mukarker filed this diversity action against the City of Philadelphia (the City), the Philadelphia International Airport (the Airport), and Otis Elevator Company (Otis), based on premises liability against all Defendants (Count I), and strict liability against Otis (Count II).
