Morris Plan Co. of Bettendorf v. Johnson

This is an appeal from the circuit court of Mercer County.

The Morris Plan Company of Bettendorf, an Iowa corporation, hereinafter referred to as the plaintiff, brought action in the circuit court of Mercer County to foreclose a mortgage against Harold M. Johnson and Sylvia E. Johnson, hereinafter referred to as the defendants.
