PLEASANTS, Associate Justice.

This is an action of trespass to try title to a tract of 307 4-10 acres of land on the Wm. P. Davis league in Houston County brought by defendant in error G. K. Cessna, against D. J. Jones. Plaintiff in error, who had sold the land to Jones, was vouched in on his warranty.

The trial court instructed the jury to find a verdict for plaintiff against Jones and in favor of Jones against plaintiff in error for the amount paid by him for the land with interest. The verdict was returned as directed and judgment was rendered in accordance therewith.
