Appellant commenced this action in the lower court to secure an accounting in respeet to rents and *531profits arising out of certain described real estate, and to redeem her alleged interest in the realty in question from the lien of a purchase-money mortgage.
Appellees successfully demurred to the complaint, and judgment was rendered upon demurrer; and the only error presented relates to the sufficiency of the complaint upon demurrer.
