Michael Grine (“Grine”), appellant, sued the Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas and certain officials and employees of the University. Appellant’s complaint alleged claims for breach of contract, promissory estoppel, constructive fraud, and fraud and sought an injunction to stop the University from enforcing its rule requiring completion of a doctorate within seven years.
