You have requested my opinion as to whether the State Historical Society of Wisconsin may dispense fermented malt beverages under the following circumstances: "As part of its recreation of a village of the 1890'S, the Society plans to erect a replica of a tavern at Stonefield Village in Nelson Dewey State Park. In order to maintain the realism of the historic recreation, we would like to offer beer for sale to visitors at the village."
