Plaintiff Michael Heilman sued Defendant, Union Central Life Insurance Company (“UCLI”), seeking damages for alleged breach of the insurance contract between the parties. (Doc. No. 1, Cmplt.) Pending before the Court are the parties cross-Motions for Summary Judgment, and accompanying memoranda. (Doc. Nos 17 and 18, PI. S.J. Memoranda, and Doc. Nos. 22 and 23, Def. S.J. Mem-oranda.)
