The plaintiff, United Mine Workers of America, Local Union 8181 (Union), seeks to have this court vacate the July 25, 1984 labor arbitration award of Arbitrator Theodore Dyke (Dyke) claiming that the decision does not “draw its essence” from the collective bargaining agreement between the Union and the defendant, Westmore-land Coal Company (Westmoreland).
