VAIDIK, Judge.

Case Summary

Expressway Dodge, Inc. (Expressway) challenges the determination of the Worker's Compensation Board of Indiana (the Board) that Richard McFarland was Expressway's "employee" under the Indiana *28Worker's Compensation Act (the Act).1 Specifically, Expressway asserts that McFarland was acting as an independent contractor when he was injured while driving a vehicle for the company. Because we find sufficient indicia of employee status to support the Board's decision, we affirm.
