Mrs. Florence A. Toombs, the aged widow of the late Arthur S. Toombs, died in the city of Shreveport, Caddo parish, on January 7, 1924, leaving an estate consisting principally of valuable real estate situated in that city and parish. The deceased left no forced heirs. On January 10, 1924, the succession was opened upon the petition of Marion Tilgham, addressed to the district court of Caddo parish, in which the petitioner alleges that she is the wife of Robert L.
