MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
RICHARD N. DeGUNTHER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on the Motion of the Chapter 7 Debtors, Randall É. Henson and Deborah Henson, to Reopen their case so that they may file Amended Schedules, listing a previously omitted creditor.
The Motion alleges that the “Debtors filed their Chapter 7 petition ... on January 11, 1985”. The fact is, however, that the Debtors filed a Chapter 13 petition on June 12, 1984, which was converted to a Chapter 7 on January 11, 1985. The case was closed on January 31, 1986.
